similar concept
to this is SeeqPod - http://www.seeqpod.com/ - it doesn't have the 2.0 features/integration of Blip by the look of it as it is more of a 'playable search engine' - it's good for finding some odd bootlegs and obscure live tracks though.
It looks like Blip has built on the model of SeeqPod and made it a bit more 2.0.
